2. Secure Your Appointment

A 50% retainer fee is required to get started.

3. Quick Site Visit

Within one business day of receiving your retainer, we’ll schedule your appointment. Our site visit happens within two business days and usually takes just 15–30 minutes.

4. Get Your Report Fast

 Residential properties: 3–5 business days
 Commercial properties: 10–15 business days

Need it sooner? Rush options are available for an additional fee.
